The 12 flats we operate were all renovated between 2002 and 2004 and have been rented out as holiday apartments since 2003. Two of the apartments are located on the Ramblas, the most famous street of the city; 8 flats are located close by in a building in Pasaje del Reloj (very close by to La Rambla), one is located in the Eixample area and one in the Born area of the city.
